Responsibilities

  • Must be able to understand, troubleshoot and install the Water Purifier/ Air Purifier for proper operation.
  • Train & supervise installers, technician in the field to ensure that the proper installation, operation.
  • Work with Authorized Service Center to control after sale service activities in Provinces.
  • Plan and conduct customer surveys to improve service in meeting customer needs
  • Troubleshoot all issues and problems on the water purifier/ water heater.
  • Deliver after sales, installation, maintenance service via contact center.
  • In coordination with customer service manager, customer service ( hotline) to plan and assign working task for installers.
  • Provide quality service to obtain optimum customer satisfaction & build good relationship with both internal and external customers
  • Recommends potential improvements, products, services or actions to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Managing customer relation and handle special cases of customer complaints and requests with corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in the same position and have knowledge of water purification is an advantage.
  • Ability to organize and manage works, must be self-motivated and capable of working independently and work under pressure.
  • Must be determinate and sense of responsibility for assigned works
  • Has a positive attitude and passion to provide good customer service
  • Graduated from technical training center or colleague is preferred.
