JOB REQUIREMENTS | |
Education: | - College or University graduate |
Experience:
| - Preferably worked in multi-national company and 1 year as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role |
Capabilities: | - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced English Skills, especially Speaking - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks |

ROLE: Able to implement the company sales and marketing activities effectively and manage the sales team assigned to achieve the good performance. |
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES | ||

1 | Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office | |
2 | Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls | |
3 | Ensure reception area and office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) | |
4 | Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email | |
5 | Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) | |
6 | Order front office supplies, Stationery, tea, café,… | |
7 | Update calendars and schedule meetings Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders | |
8 | Arrange office car schedule, travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers (if needed) | |
9 | Keep updated records of office expenses and costs | |
10 | Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as mailing, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing | |
11 | Other duties related to HR, Logistic if needed | |
