Drive the market share and volume growth in the assigned Modern Trade ( MT) & General Trade (GT) channel through the excellent planning and execution of both consumer and trade programs in the region.

1. Marketing Management
- Work with Marketing to align, input for marketing plans & activities

- Align with GT & MT for trade & consumer marketing plans & activities both online & offline

- Track, monitor, report performance of marketing plans/ activities in the assigned key accounts

- Track, analyze competitor's activities, and propose action plans  

- Strong control of daily operations manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service

2. Budget Management
- Control marketing budget spending as plan
- Track, monitor, and report marketing budget spending

3. POSM management
- Give input to Commercial marketing on design of POSM
- Align with GT& MT & manage supplier/ stakeholders for POSM production & delivery to the store/ sales office
- Support Market Execution in terms of POSM deployment 
- Analyze, report progress of POSM deployment in the assigned GT & MT

4. Market Intelligent
- Analyze monthly GT & MT performance based on internal and external data & competition report; propose action plan
- Carry out Ad-hoc market report, analysis


- University/bachelor’s degree

- Min 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing/ Sales for FMCG Company

- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Strong in communication, teamwork, negotiation, presentation, problem solving  

- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

- Good command of English
